Coming June 15: Top 20 Best in KLAS Awards Report for Medical Equipment
Since 1996, KLAS has independently monitored healthcare provider experiences with their vendors. Every June and December, KLAS publishes a high-level report for the industry on vendor performance.
Beginning June 2008, these reports will be modified to provide improved clarity by reducing the times KLAS ranks vendors to just once a year, at year end for Software and Services and June for Medical Equipment.
The new Mid-Term Performance Review will focus more on vendor performance trending. Products and services will be grouped by vendor, offering providers the ability to get a status report on a vendor’s overall performance. Although vendor products will not be ranked in the Mid-Term Performance Review, providers will be able to compare a product’s performance against the applicable market segment average and the average for all KLAS-rated products. The Top 20 report will continue to offer providers rankings by market segment.
Platinum KLAS provider subscribers receive both the Top 20 and Mid-Term reports. Reports may also be purchased online or from a KLAS representative.
