Coming June 15: Top 20 Best in KLAS Awards Report for Medical Equipment
Since 1996, KLAS has independently monitored and reported on healthcare provider experiences with their vendors. Every June and December, KLAS publishes a high-level report for the industry on vendor performance. The KLAS Top 20 Mid-Year Report Card and the Top 20 Year-End Best in KLAS Awards Report are being modified to provide improved clarity and content.
The Top 20 Mid-Year Report Card will be replaced by the Mid-Term Performance Review. The Mid-Term Performance Review will focus more on vendor performance trending. Products and services will be grouped by vendor, offering providers the ability to get a status report on a vendor’s overall performance. Although vendor products will not be ranked in the Mid-Term Performance Review, providers will be able to compare a product’s performance against the applicable market segment average and the overall average for all KLAS-rated products. The Top 20 Best in KLAS Awards Report will continue to provide vendor performance rankings by market segment.
Beginning in June, the Medical Equipment Top 20 Best in KLAS Awards report will be published separately from the Software & Professional Services Top 20 Best in KLAS Awards report. The new Mid-Term and Best in KLAS report publication schedule is as follows:
- Jun 15 - Medical Equipment Top 20 report
- Jun 15 - Software & Professional Services Mid-Term Performance Review
- Dec 15 - Medical Equipment Mid-Term Performance Review
- Dec 15 - Software & Professional Services Top 20 report
Current Platinum KLAS subscribers receive copies of the Top 20 and Mid-Term reports that correspond to their subscription. Reports may also be purchased online or from a KLAS representative.
