The growth and adoption of telehealth technologies since the COVID-19 pandemic began has been incredible. This is a follow up report to the 2020 telehealth performance report. Since the release of that report many vendors have added functionalities, capabilities, services, and integrations. Our aim with this report is to validate the new functionalities, capabilities and integrations with the provider and payer community. We will identify trends in year to year vendor performance. Customer satisfaction will be examined through the lens of the clinician and patient experience. We will also look to validate performance as many providers have increased the scale of their telehealth solution. Which have scaled effectively to meet the demands of a growing customer base?if you don't have a login, getting started is easy.
