The "Ambulatory EMR - by Specialty report" is a first-of-its-kind drill down on ambulatory EMR system performance by specialty--from OB/GYN to Cardiology.
Each rated product received an overall letter grade. These letter grades reflect the products’ KLAS performance scores, which are based on direct client feedback and are composed of 25 different performance indicators. In addition to each overall grade, individual grades are shown for three key performance areas. These areas include Implementation, Service, and Product Quality. The data contained comes from a random sampling of the EMR vendors’ clients.
The report is organized into three key areas:
1) Vendor performance by individual specialty
2) Vendor performance by grouped specialties (primary care, advanced care, & multispecialty)
3) Vendor performance summaries.
