Robotic process automation (RPA) is not a new concept, but its adoption in healthcare is heating up, with provider organizations looking to RPA to automate/manage inventory levels, support digitization of patient files, optimize appointment scheduling, and process billing and claims. This report looks at UiPath and the early outcomes and satisfaction of some of their healthcare customers.
