Minimize community spread of COVID-19

To contain and mitigate the spread of COVID-19, CipherHealth provides communication programs that monitor, educate, and screen patients and staff members throughout the crisis. These programs are designed to automate outreach to engage patients en-masse and preserve your valuable clinical resources for direct patient care.

CipherHealth’s COVID-19 Crisis Response Suite includes the following:

  • Test Result Communication: Automated phone and text outreach to patients that clearly communicates a positive or negative test result for COVID-19, and appropriate actions to take for each outcome.
  • Positive-Result Patient Monitoring: Daily automated call and/or text outreach to patients for two weeks, and weekly follow-up for six weeks thereafter.
  • Negative-Result Patient Monitoring: Automated call and/or text message follow up every three days for two weeks, and weekly follow-up for four weeks thereafter.
  • Broadcast Messages: Automated calls, texts, or emails to patients attributed to your system with educational information, COVID-19 resources, or operational updates.
  • Staff & Patient Symptom Screening: Automated calls and/or text message to screen staff members or patients with upcoming appointments to contain possible PUIs and direct to the proper care resource.

  • Alerts to Triage High-Risk Patients: Immediate notifications of patients or staff members demonstrating worsening symptoms to designated staff members to quickly mitigate any potential issues.
