Large-scale investment in legacy systems can inhibit healthcare organizations from adopting FHIR technology. Infor FHIR Bridge allows healthcare organizations to continue using existing legacy systems while interoperating with FHIR-enabled solutions. This solution bridges the gap between traditional clinical systems that usually communicate via HL7 v2, proprietary APIs, or database interactions with the emerging FHIR-based application ecosystem. It uses a library of prebuilt standard adapters that allow organizations to use FHIR as they choose.
