InteliChart 2026
Exploring the Experience of InteliChart Deep Adopters
Patient engagement technology encompasses a broad array of solution types and use cases, creating the potential for healthcare organizations to end up with unwieldy, multi-vendor technology stacks that require extra resources and cost to maintain. In response, many vendors, including InteliChart, are evolving to offer comprehensive patient engagement capabilities within a single solution. Based on feedback from seven vendor-identified deep adopters† of the InteliChart patient engagement technology, this report examines (1) vendor performance, (2) validated and needed capabilities, and (3) outcomes realized with the platform.
†InteliChart shared a list of eleven unique organizations they identify as deep adopters of their patient engagement platform. KLAS interviewed seven of these organizations to understand the experience of deep adopters. To benchmark that experience, we also collected feedback from five organizations within the vendor’s broader customer base. See About This Report for more details.
