Healthcare organizations require a robust, dependable technology stack to support clinical and financial operations, but building and maintaining the infrastructure required to support that technology stack is both challenging and expensive. To mitigate those challenges, some organizations pursue partnerships with large system integrators (SIs) to create a cohesive technology experience and enable themselves to focus on delivering patient care. Based on feedback from a limited number of respondents, this report—KLAS’ first on large SIs—explores client satisfaction and usage, key outcomes achieved, and best practices for successful engagements.
