Middle East Revenue Cycle Management 2025
Early Insights on a Fragmented Landscape
Healthcare organizations in the Middle East face major challenges with revenue cycle management (RCM). Saudi Arabia, who has the largest economy in the region, has recently transitioned from a public payer model to a private one, and across the Middle East, organizations encounter constantly shifting regulatory requirements that limit vendor investment and innovation. The demand for effective RCM solutions is urgent, but organizations are hindered by operational inefficiencies, functionality gaps, and data silos. To help organizations navigate this complex landscape, this report provides a high-level look at how respondents are approaching RCM, which vendors are being used, and what the biggest RCM challenges are. Data in this report comes from 42 unique healthcare organizations from 10 different countries (largely Saudi Arabia and the UAE) in the Middle East.
