Points of Light 2022 Case Study 8
Improved Data Integration Generates Quality and Financial Benefits for Payvider Organization
In order to provide better care and build trust between their payer and provider divisions, Community Health Plan of Washington (a provider-owned health plan) worked with Arcadia.io to build a 360-degree patient view based on both claims and clinical data. They then used the data to create a pay-for-performance program that rewards providers for value-based behaviors. The program has led to both quality and financial improvements.
