To differentiate the many firms that offer such services, KLAS spoke with security and IT leaders from 74 healthcare organizations of various sizes to understand (1) what makes a security and privacy consulting firm a true partner, (2) which firms are perceived to have the strong security services offering that healthcare organizations need, (3) how these perceptions compare to the experiences of actual clients, and (4) how the COVID-19 pandemic has affected healthcare organizations’ security programs.
