Buying energy and digital maturity are growing among healthcare organizations in Asia and Oceania, with many either adopting their first EHR or enhancing interoperability to keep pace with local initiatives. As EHR maturity deepens, organizations increasingly expect more from their vendors in terms of value and up-to-date technology. A follow-up to 2022 data, this report examines market energy in Asia and Oceania as well as customer satisfaction with key vendors. Notably, insights on Asia are broken out for the first time into two subregions: East Asia and South/Southeast Asia. (For a deeper dive into EHR dynamics in India, see the recent India EMR 2025 report.)
