HIT Core Clinical Implementation Leadership 2025
Which Firms Are Effective Implementation Partners?
In recent years, many healthcare organizations have changed EHRs as they have switched systems, gone through mergers and acquisitions, or sought to consolidate to a single EHR platform. Amid these transitions, organizations have turned to services firms that help lead EHR implementation projects. These firms play a crucial role, as EHR implementations are high-stakes investments that, according to organizations, often fail to hit the mark (see KLAS’ recently published EHR Implementations 2025 report). To identify which services firms are driving successful implementations for their clients, KLAS interviewed 88 respondents representing 74 unique organizations and asked them to share how effectively their firm collaborates to ensure a smooth implementation.
