A follow-up to KLAS’ Patient Engagement 2023 report, this report draws on feedback from a random sample of 67 unique healthcare organizations (mostly acute care organizations) to understand their patient engagement investment priorities, the technologies they are using and considering, vendors’ alignment with their goals, and other market trends.
