Patient engagement remains a top focus for healthcare organizations as they work to keep up with evolving consumer expectations and rapid digital transformations. Many organizations are strengthening their patient engagement strategies so they can better deliver more connected, patient-centric care. A follow-up to KLAS’ Patient Engagement 2023 report, this report draws on feedback from a random sample of 67 unique healthcare organizations (mostly acute care organizations) to understand their patient engagement investment priorities, the technologies they are using and considering, vendors’ alignment with their goals, and other market trends.
