Expanding upon our unique ability to extract live data from diverse post–acute care EHR systems and deliver real-time analyses to healthcare organizations, Real Time Medical Systems will be launching new alerts, reports, and dashboards, including a resident dashboard and a new advanced care planning alert. These new features will enable providers and payers to have a more in-depth and holistic analysis of the patient as they work collaboratively with post–acute care partners to improve care coordination.
In addition to new clinical alerts and reports, Real Time Medical Systems will be launching a standards-based API solution that will enable providers and payers to leverage the same capabilities that power the company’s industry-leading clinical, financial, and operational analytics solutions.
