MRO Auto Retrieval 2025
Improving Efficiency of Information Release Process Through Automated Retrieval
Healthcare organizations must manage release of information (ROI) requests efficiently and securely while complying with privacy regulations. Manual processes often lead to slow turnaround times, increased labor costs, and data-sharing delays that negatively impact payers, providers, and patient care. MRO’s Auto Retrieval solution is intended to streamline the ROI process via automation, reducing manual intervention and turnaround times and improving staff productivity and operational efficiency. This report explores the experience of mature, high-volume implementation customers†using Auto Retrieval.
†For this report, MRO identified 8 customers who represent MRO’s highest-volume Auto Retrieval implementations and who have been live for at least six months; KLAS interviewed 7 of these customers. While the 8 organizations account for the bulk of MRO's Auto Retrieval transaction volume, they represent only 27% of MRO's approximately 30 live Auto Retrieval customers. As such, findings are not reflective of Auto Retrieval’s broader customer base.
