MedInsight continues to press forward with significant innovation plans for 2022 and beyond. There are two primary objectives driving our vision:
1. Cloud-Based Digital Transformation of MedInsight’s Provider Solution
At MedInsight, we pride ourselves on keeping clients on the forefront of big data innovation in the healthcare analytics space. The team is actively working on a digital transformation initiative to migrate our provider analytic solution to a cloud-native services architecture. In 2022, we will finish the replatforming, which will deliver the following benefits to MedInsight clients:
More frequent data updates, providing timelier access to enriched data and enabling better decision-making based on the most current information.
Tighter integration of clinical and claims data to facilitate analyses of the impact of clinical data on cost and utilization.
An expansion of our advanced analytic methodologies tailored to specific populations in support of population health management.
Greater interoperability between MedInsight and clients’ analytic and operational systems.
An option to access our new emerging experience benchmarks, which leverage cloud-optimized performance to provide geographic-adjusted benchmarks on specific health trends (e.g., COVID-19 metrics).
The formal launch of new predictive and analytic capabilities through our MedInsight data science portal, the key application in our ML/AI infrastructure.
2. A Focus on the Voice of the Customer
Given the rapid expansion of the healthcare analytics landscape, MedInsight continues to innovate with a focus on intentional design that represents the voice of the customer. Examples include
Delivering enhanced visualization capabilities to enable easier data presentations to client stakeholders.
Providing clients with guided analytics and recommendations designed on users’ specific workflows via our new application framework. This approach leverages interactive dashboards and automated reporting capabilities to accelerate the speed of actionable insights.
Adding modules to MedInsight’s education and training platform to provide robust educational experiences for clients. Our platform has been well received and addresses a significant gap in the provider market. ACOs were thrust into implementing claims analytics, but the experience and depth of knowledge for many provider professionals have been insufficient. MedInsight continues to add to our wide array of options for education and targeted certifications to facilitate baseline health insurance and health analysis knowledge.
Partnering with an industry-leading accessibility firm toward the goal of achieving digital equity for all users through a commitment to continuous improvement in overall ease of product access.
