In November 2025, KLAS hosted the second annual Healthcare Operations Summit in Salt Lake City, UT. At this event, executive representatives from nearly 60 US healthcare organizations, HIT vendors, and consulting firms came together to discuss operational challenges, ways to optimize operations via processes and technology, and changes needed from the government. During summit discussions and panels, key trends and best practices emerged, centered around things like change management, AI, and partnership. This summit overview shares those trends as well as insights from a pre-summit survey.
