By building simplicity into documentation, codification, and the digital health patient experience, we help our customers see the realization of their EHR investments and improve upon their security and risk management. Our solutions work together to relieve clinician documentation burdens, enhance health IT effectiveness, and improve patient engagement. We partner for success with our customers, serving more than 2,000 facilities using Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, MEDITECH, athenahealth, and more. With clients and operations in five countries, hundreds of successful EHR go-live deployments, and three decades of health information management expertise, DeliverHealth helps today’s providers prepare now for the future of healthcare.
Why We Participate in the Arch Collaborative
The Arch Collaborative information has opened the door to improving DeliverHealth’s strategies for assisting our clients with interoperability and physician/clinician satisfaction. We have gained honest clinician feedback on training, culture, personalization, and informatics, proving the point that often our clients do not focus on the things that are most important to driving EHR adoption and utilization. The Arch Collaborative shows what physicians/clinicians are saying about the importance of personalization and training when it comes to their post-live EHR use and the vital role that EHR tools play in adoption. KLAS lending credibility to the recommendations that we make for post-live optimization has allowed DeliverHealth to assist many clients that were struggling with physician and end-user burnout. Making sure that physicians and end users understand why changes are made and the benefits goes a long way to successful adoption, and many organizations fail to connect those dots. The ability to look at the bigger picture around interoperability is what the Arch Collaborative drives home. The more that organizations understand what is possible on an interoperability and communication level, the more successful they will be.
