Throughout 2022, MDsave will focus on the following hospital satisfaction initiatives:
- We are continuing to grow our hospital footprint across the US and expand each facility’s service line offerings in an ongoing effort to help meet patient demand and continue to generate stronger returns for our facility partners.
- We are developing new employer partnerships to drive more patients to our hospital partners. In 2021, we created a business development team to facilitate new, mutually beneficial relationships with self-pay employers, and we launched the MDsave for Employers platform to direct employers and their employees to our providers.
- We are empowering our hospital partners’ digital health strategies through enhanced shoppability features and transparent mandate solutions. Hospitals that partner with MDsave can increase patient satisfaction by providing an innovative, convenient healthcare shopping experience and an improved continuum of care, which helps patients budget for care and reduces the facility’s administrative burden. Full payment for all involved parties is guaranteed within four business days.
