Which Vendors Are Top of Mind for Ambulatory Practices?
Ambulatory care organizations balance many consideration factors (e.g., functionality, usability, and comprehensiveness) when determining the best core IT solutions for their operational and clinical needs. Based on responses from over 1,200 respondents from 689 organizations, this report—an update to KLAS’ 2024 ambulatory mindshare study—reveals which core solutions vendors are top of mind for ambulatory care organizations as well as what factors they prioritize in decisions. Notably, the number of vendors being considered has expanded significantly since the 2024 report, with more respondents looking to specialty-focused solutions.
