Some providers have recently turned to third-party solutions to optimize their revenue cycle solutions. Over the last year, KLAS has interviewed 8 Cerner clients that have used Softek’s services to achieve this objective. Several of these same clients requested KLAS highlight the work that Softek has done. This report is a response to those providers’ requests to spotlight Softek’s revenue cycle optimization performance, which earned a KLAS 2020 Category Leader award.
