eHealth Exchange
First Look 2021
EHR vendors have increasingly adopted national networks such as CommonWell and the Carequality framework to connect their customers, but there are limitations regarding which vendors and provider organizations can connect and share data. eHealth Exchange is a vendor-agnostic national network that works to fill the gaps by connecting providers to entities they otherwise may not have access to, such as the Social Security Administration (SSA), Veterans Affairs (VA), and Department of Defense (DoD). This report will highlight how customers are leveraging eHealth Exchange and what their satisfaction is.
