Oncology healthcare providers have undergone significant changes in recent years—many independent oncology practices have merged with larger health systems, and cloud technology is being adopted more frequently. Amid these changes, most oncology solutions are meeting baseline clinical needs, but differentiation among them hinges on ease of use, development momentum, and smooth integration. This report (1) examines how well medical oncology solutions meet customer expectations and (2) provides early insights into cloud adoption.
