Cybersecurity threats are increasing in frequency and magnitude for all industries, and healthcare is no exception, in part due to the inherent fragility of using interconnected solutions. To combat these rising threats, organizations continue to invest technologically and culturally in robust cybersecurity programs, but amid staffing and budget constraints, they must invest strategically. For this report, KLAS interviewed 70 healthcare organizations about their top cybersecurity priorities and challenges, which vendors and services firms they are turning to, and their outlook on how AI will impact cybersecurity.
Note: While KLAS traditionally measures software and services offerings separately, this report focuses on organizations’ holistic cybersecurity strategies and thus examines software and services together.
