Experity has developed and deployed free software and informational resources to help clinics continue to provide essential medical services during the COVID-19 public health emergency. These resources are available to both customers and other clinics not currently using Experity products and services.

In addition, everyone on the Experity team is working to ensure customer operations continue smoothly and consistently through the duration of the COVID-19 pandemic.

This slate of resources includes:

  • Free COVID-19 Response App with telemedicine functionality – This easy to implement web-based app allows clinics to screen and triage patients before they enter your clinic. Patients can self-schedule from any mobile device. Using two-way texting and telemedicine features, your staff can appropriately assess COVID-19 risk and direct all patients on next steps based on their symptoms.
  • COVID-19 Webinar Series – Continuing series featuring COVID-19 management techniques, success tips, and regulatory updates
  • COVID-19 Coding Updates – Available on the Experity blog and updated with changes from CMS as they become available
  • COVID Resources List and Access – Available on the company website
  • All these resources can be accessed easily through the Resource Page.
