We believe that a strong foundation is the basis for long-term success for any organization. Triyam has built this foundation over the last 10 years, and we think it is time to relook at our foundation and strengthen it. This year, Triyam is working on strengthening the fundamentals of our solution offerings. By doing this, we want to not only maintain but also improve our customer satisfaction levels. This involves further strengthening our core solution offerings, building additional layers of security, and making the solution highly fortified. At the same time, we will make improvements to our implementation and support processes and hire more team members who deliver nothing short of excellence, like the team members we have today.

While we are reestablishing the foundation and raising the bar on the baseline, we are also going to investigate the long-term future of the healthcare industry from a data management perspective. The size of digital data in healthcare is exploding, and providers are struggling to manage the influx of data. Beyond the need for data retention, there is also a need for putting this data into meaningful use for providers and patients. Data science is the obvious choice to achieve these needs. We have already dipped our toes into the oceans of AI and ML in our product Fovea EHR Archive by offering an AI-powered cognitive search engine, but we realize there is a lot more to explore in this space, so that is where the explorers on our team are headed.
