EHR Education Software and Services 2023
A Guide to Vendor and Firm Offerings
Arch Collaborative research shows that education is one of the most impactful factors to the clinician EHR experience. KLAS recently invited vendors and firms to provide information on their offerings that can augment healthcare organizations’ efforts to improve clinician EHR education. For this report, KLAS interviewed 75 healthcare organizations to validate these vendor and firm offerings and provide guidance for others who are looking to supplement their EHR education programs.

About This Report
Each year, KLAS interviews thousands of healthcare professionals about the IT solutions and services their organizations use. For this Arch Collaborative report, KLAS invited vendors and firms to provide a list of deep adopters using their EHR education offerings. KLAS then interviewed these deep adopting customers to validate their vendor’s or firm’s offering and to ask the following questions:
- What percent of your clinician end users are impacted by this work?
- What would you tell a peer or friend about your vendor/firm?
Performance data for vendors’ and firms’ training-related services are currently captured under two services segments: HIT staffing and clinical optimization. KLAS will be creating a training software segment later in 2023 to capture performance data for software solutions.
What Is the KLAS Arch Collaborative?
The Arch Collaborative is a group of healthcare organizations committed to improving the EHR experience through standardized surveys and benchmarking. To date, over 300 healthcare organizations have surveyed their end users and over 400,000 clinicians have responded. Reports such as this one seek to synthesize the feedback from these clinicians into actionable insights that organizations can use to revolutionize patient care by unlocking the potential of the EHR.
