- Consider the appropriate timing to introduce EHR personalization tools (e.g., 30–90 days after hire)
- Identify who will create the personalization courses
- Identify the training delivery method (e.g., asynchronous virtual learning, classroom training, one-on-one instruction, etc.)

- Highlight identified gains to clinicians to encourage their participation and adoption of personalization tools
- With EHR metrics and survey results in hand, round with individual clinicians to determine which EHR personalization tools are or are not creating gains for them
