Surveying users is hard and takes time away from clinicians. For customers using Epic, the Physician Efficiency Profile (PEP) reports are easy to access, contain user-level data, and are delivered on a regular basis. How possible is it to use PEP reports to understand, or predict, the satisfaction of an individual user? What are the most successful Epic customers doing as they utilize PEP data?
