Enhancing Provider EHR Satisfaction: A CEO's Perspective

Created in partnership with Henry County Hospital

Henry County Hospital went through a total system electronic health record (EHR) conversion in 2019. By utilizing change management theories and the approach to overall employee and provider satisfaction, the implementation and subsequent optimization of the system have resulted in high provider satisfaction scores with both the system and the service that is provided by the information systems department. During the presentation, we will review the process of EHR selection, orientation, and optimization and discuss future steps that will be taken to ensure continued satisfaction.
