Transforming Initial EHR Training

Presented by UW Medicine & Tegria When faced with the challenge of onboarding clinicians more efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction with training, UW Medicine transformed their Epic training program using adaptive learning to decrease Epic training time and target training content to the learner’s needs. UW Medicine and their implementation partner, Tegria, will share the approach and outcomes from this educational transformation.
