Aligning Organizational Culture with EHR Training & Education

Clinician burnout and retention are significant issues faced by many healthcare organizations. Ninety percent of clinicians at Harbin Clinic report they are “likely staying” at our organization in our 2022 survey. This ranked in the 93rd percentile of all Arch Collaborative organizations. An important aspect of creating a culture where people want to stay is EHR training, education, and support. Building trust and accountability throughout our organization are keys to a strong organizational culture where people want to stay.
