Insights from Outside the US
To date, 13 organizations in 8 countries outside the United States have participated in the Arch Collaborative. Do these organizations always have high satisfaction because they don’t share the same billing and regulatory burdens that the US faces? Or are there other factors that make non-US implementations struggle more? It turns out that both are true.
