This session will focus on helping your organization understand how to review data and determine the need for a coaching program; understand how to assess need, scope and execute a pilot coaching program in response to Arch trends; and facilitate discussion of lessons learned, examples from other organizations, and considerations for future expansion of the program following an Epic go-live.
