Ochsner's Training Transformation and Amplifire for Onboarding, Go-Lives, and beyond
How Ochsner moved to web-based training in the midst of a large implementation, for both onboarding and go-live training, leveraging amplifires adaptive learning platform as one of their tools for initial and ongoing training delivery. The presentation will also discuss how they dispelled the perception of adaptive learning as a test rather than a learning platform and how they are leveraging Amplifire for ongoing learning needs.
