Accelerating Provider Adoption Through Personalization and Data-Driven Support

In partnership with Memorial Hermann Health System, CSI Companies implemented a provider-centered adoption model designed to accelerate Epic proficiency while enhancing the provider experience. Moving beyond a traditional at-the-elbow approach, the program combined dedicated support spaces, a dual support model, and highly personalized workflow optimization sessions. The session included the following learning objectives: understanding how personalization-driven support models accelerate provider adoption and improve EHR satisfaction; learning how to operationalize a dual support model (real-time and structured optimization) to meet diverse provider needs; exploring how real-time data and analytics can guide adoption strategy and resource allocation during and after the go-live; identifying key change management and leadership alignment practices that drive consistent adoption outcomes across facilities; and applying a repeatable framework for reducing provider burden while maximizing
