Memorial Hermann Health System (MHHS) partnered with Nordic on a change management strategy for an EHR implementation. Nordic operated as an extension of MHHS, aligning governance and execution while co-creating internal capability and sustainable results. The enterprise readiness program included 2,000+ workflow assessments, tailored readiness plans, early education, orientations for 600+ Epic leaders and 500+ site leaders, 48 workshops for 2,000+ participants, monthly seminars for 600+ leaders, weekly executive sponsor meetings, 900+ multidisciplinary workgroup members, and 23 readiness teams. The approach supported adoption while maintaining patient safety, clinician confidence, and operational stability. Attendees learned how sponsorship, workflow assessment, role-based education, governance, communication, “what’s in it for me?” messaging, feedback loops, and scalable change models can accelerate adoption, reduce fatigue, and support future transformation.
