This presentation shares one rural healthcare organization’s journey from a Net EHR Experience Score of 14 to 35, then 51, in just three years by improving both initial onboarding and ongoing EHR education. Attendees will learn the importance of continual EHR education in supporting clinical efficiency, compliance, and provider engagement; identify EHR optimization strategies tailored to the unique workflows and resource limitations of small rural healthcare organizations; and explore the relationship between EHR usability and end-user satisfaction, including its impact on clinical outcomes, burnout, and staff retention.
