Provider Efficiency Program: A Multimodal, Multidisciplinary Strategy for Optimizing EHR Usability
LifeBridge Health: KLAS Arch Collaborative Summit 2025
This session highlights how LifeBridge Health Informatics teams used data from the KLAS EHR Usability survey and Oracle/Cerner LightsOn performance metrics to develop a multimodal, multidisciplinary Provider Efficiency Program (PEP). By combining direct observation in patient care settings with personalized training, the program focused on optimizing provider workflows and improving use of existing EHR tools. Attendees will learn how this data-driven approach produced sustained qualitative and quantitative improvements for participants and how the program was refined over time based on lessons learned.
