Keynote Address: From Improvement to Excellence—Transforming the Clinician EHR Experience
KLAS Arch Collaborative Summit 2025
Explore the journey of how Franciscan Alliance improved from a NEES of 49.5 to 70.3 over the course of their engagement with the KLAS Arch Collaborative, and a provider-specific NEES of 32.2 to 71.3. Participation in their annual survey has more than tripled from the initial survey to 2025, driven by ease of access and incentives. Their trek has occurred over several years and has been driven primarily by Clinical and Physician Informaticists. Changes and interventions have included build and educational changes, along with better marketing to coworkers.
