When Gundersen Health System and Bellin Health merged to form Emplify Health, they faced a defining challenge: unifying EHR education for 14,000+ employees during an Epic consolidation project—two training cultures, one deadline. This session explores how a blended, workflow-embedded learning strategy scaled across the enterprise during Project Fusion and what the outcomes show when education, informatics, and EHR experience data are aligned.
