Baylor Scott & White Health, in partnership with Nordic Consulting Partners, will share approaches and lessons learned from using scenario-based learning and change management to improve clinician readiness for and adoption of integrated real-time medical device data within the EHR and clinical workflow. Attendees will learn how scenario-based training with integrated tools, including Rovers and IV pumps, can drive clinical adoption; understand the operational, technical, and governance structures that support a scalable approach to change; and apply key principles for transforming training into a comprehensive readiness and change management strategy.
