This session explores how M Health Fairview has used self-directed training to deliver scalable, high-quality EHR education amid frequent technology changes and upgrades. Attendees will learn how virtual learning can standardize training, support clinician proficiency and satisfaction, and accelerate onboarding without sacrificing quality. Fairview will share lessons from using self-directed eLearning to onboard 1,500 nurses across 18 learning paths in just five days during a major nursing strike, along with strategies for preparing affiliates for go-lives and upgrades by scaling training virtually across multiple sites.
