Created in partnership with Baylor Scott & White Family Medicine

Baylor Scott & White Health, in partnership with Nordic Consulting Partners, will share approaches and lessons learned in leveraging scenario-based learning and change management approaches to improve clinician readiness for and adoption of integrated real-time medical device data into the electronic health record and clinical workflow. By the end of this session, attendees will be able to: a. Describe how scenario-based training with integrated tools (Rovers and IV Pumps) drives clinical adoption. b. Understand the operational, technical, and governance structures that supported a scalable change approach. c.
