Keynote Address
Explore the journey of how Franciscan Alliance improved from a NEES of 49.5 to 70.3 over the course of their engagement with the KLAS Arch Collaborative, and a Provider specific NEES of 32.2 to 71.3. Participation in their annual survey has more than tripled from their initial survey to 2025 related to ease of access and incentives. Their trek has occurred over several years and been driven primarily by Clinical and Physician Informaticists. Changes and interventions have been a combination of build and educational changes, along with better marketing to coworkers.
