What the University of Michigan Health-West Did

The University of Michigan Health–West (UMH West) follows an approval process and implements weekly updates. They value continual improvement, educate end users, and prioritize end-user suggestions. Collaboration and communication are facilitated through email and Webex spaces. Associate clinical leads provide elbow-to-elbow support. Clinicians report break-fix issues through a service desk, and communication regarding tickets is prompt and proactive. Long-term changes are carefully planned and aligned with organizational goals and resources.
