What Franciscan Health Did

Franciscan Health has implemented an upgrades dashboard that houses personalized educational resources for users and focuses on providing readily available materials when EHR changes occur. The organization also offers individualized refresher training programs for providers, including one-on-one sessions. To understand where providers would like additional training, their feedback is gathered through pre-surveys, enabling the training team to tailor training to specific individual needs. Provider trainers with diverse backgrounds work closely with informatics technicians to understand provider workflows and train them effectively. The provider trainers maintain a cooperative relationship with informatics technicians to spread information and monitor provider satisfaction metrics to evaluate the success of the training program.

About Arch Collaborative Case Studies

Arch Collaborative case studies are focused on highlighting success that Collaborative participants achieve with or through healthcare technology. They are meant to briefly advertise member success and act as starting points for ongoing communication and collaboration between member organizations.

Case studies are typically published when (1) a verified outcome is recorded (and often verified through the Collaborative survey) and (2) the approach or steps to achieving that outcome aren’t commonly known and would be helpful to other organizations.

All Collaborative members and participants are invited to submit case studies by working with their KLAS guide.

All case studies can be viewed at: https://klasresearch.com/learningcenter/casestudies
