How Emplify Health Leveraged uPerform to Standardize Training, Drive Engagement & Support a Merger
In the summer of 2025, Gundersen Health System (Gundersen) and Bellin Health merged together to form a new, unified health system called Emplify Health. During the transformation, dubbed Project Fusion, the organization leveraged uPerform’s just-in-time learning platform to ensure clinicians received the support and training they needed during their large-scale Epic consolidation. By institutionalizing self-directed, asynchronous learning, Emplify Health created the scale, flexibility, and resilience required to support consolidation at this magnitude and sustain performance beyond the go-live.
